This RiNo gem offers far more than a contemporary atmosphere and seasonal menu: Fuel also serves up some killer fish n' chips. The classic dish is composed of crispy beer battered cod and French fries served alongside two of their best friends, cole slaw and tartar sauce.
This Pearl Street farm-to-table pub's spin on the classic dish infuses Atlantic salmon with fennel-apple slaw and lemon chive tartar sauce.
World-class brewery Bull & Bush can pump out some fantastic fish and chips. So much so, in fact, it's listed on the menu as "Legendary Fish & Chips," featuring cut-to-order cod, panko breading and house-made spicy tartar sauce.
The ever-expanding restaurant group pioneered by owners Kimbal Musk and Hugo Matheson has some of the best fish on deck: Atlantic pollock, beer battered and served with TKND's rave-worthy "chips," also known as Crispy Garlic Smashers.
The new, Uptown British gastropub has to offer this staple on its menu, but this combination of triple-cooked chips, malt gastrique and a side of minty peas ensure that this dish is not simply an afterthought.
