www.t-mobile.com/promotions within 30 days of qualifying purchase. Code: CostcoTMobileBenefit -- please reconfirm from paperwork they gave you
Will also ask for your costco membership number.
2. No activation fee: Save $35
3. 90 Day device return policy

Also best to call local costco to confirm t-mobile at kiosks before heading there.
t-mobile costco kiosks are staffed by actual t-mobile employees from nearby stores. Some costco kiosks are staffed by AT&T, some Verizon, some kiosks are closed.
Offer is good even for t-mobile grandfathered plan when u upgrade or buy device.

Most of t-mobile promotions eligible on t-mobile stores, can also be done at costco t-mobile kiosks, with additional benefit above.

Don't forget $200 port in credit as well, if coming from some big carriers like ATT, Verizon, Xfinity.
