The School, located on 147 acres in west Fort Worth, is a co-educational Age 3 - Grade 12 college-preparatory day school serving approximately 1,180students who benefit from small class sizes, an outstanding athletic program and an award-winning arts program.

Culture of Support

All Saints' is known for a culture of support from peers but also parents. The generous parent auxiliaries sponsor Faculty Appreciation Week, provide gift cards at the beginning of the year, and holiday pies around Thanksgiving. Each new employee is paired with a mentor outside of their discipline who can answer questions and guide the new employee in the nuances of navigating a new workplace.The faculty and staff participate in service learning efforts twice a year to build teamwork internally, support our broader community and set a positive example for our families.

Retirement Pension Plan with TIAA

After one year of employment the School contributes 5% of the employee's monthly salary; after two years of employment, the School contributes up to an additional 5% match.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Participation in this plan decreases employee taxable income and includes dependent care and unreimbursed medical and dental expenses.

Faculty and staff are encouraged to participate in professional development and the School may financially support approved courses of study, workshops and conferences. Examples have included the NAIS Annual Conference, Stanford Challenge Success Conference, TCU's Culinary Medicine Workshops, on-campus speakers and workshops, and Master's degrees. In addition to structured coursework, the School awards Faculty Excellence Awards from generous donors for faculty who present innovative ideas and implementation plans that positively impact student learning.
